Glaser Hitec products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty days, from the date of shipment. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and will be in effect only if the product is registered.
Unless the product being returned is defective or is not the item you ordered, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning any product. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been abused or modified from their original condition will not be accepted.
Any defects determined to have resulted from the manufacturing process, will be replaced at Glaser Hitec’s expense, in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Normal wear resulting from the intended use of the tool is exempted. Likewise, defects resulting from abuse, negligent care or improper use of our products are exempted from this warranty.
